Pixcutly is a browser-based image processing tool. All processing is performed locally on your device using WebAssembly and Canvas APIs. We do not offer cloud storage, file hosting, or server-side processing.

You agree to use Pixcutly only for lawful purposes. You may not use this service to:

• Process illegal or harmful content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the service
• Interfere with the normal operation of the website

3. Intellectual Property

Pixcutly is provided as open-source software. The codebase is available for review and contribution. Your processed images remain your property — we do not claim any ownership over the files you process using this tool.

Pixcutly is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that processed images will meet specific quality requirements.
